The LTPOA Annual Membership Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 7pm. Lake Vista Community Center, 6500 Spanish Fort Blvd. 2nd Floor. Meeting is open to all residents of Lake Terrace.
Come learn about what we have been doing in Lake Terrace this year, hear from guest speakers, vote on 2025 board members, and enter our raffle.

LTPOA Raffle
We will be having a raffle at the meeting to raise funds for the LTPOA. Tickets will be sold at the meeting and winner must be present to win.
1 ticket for $5 or 3 for $10
Winner will receive an RITC weatherproof duffle bag with prizes inside including wine, liquor, restaurant gift cards, cigar gift card, notary services, jewelry, WWOZ cookbook, and a bluetooth speaker.
We are still taking donations for the raffle if you have something you would like to donate.
